No. n8n, Ollama, and all tools we deploy are open-source. You'll never receive a surprise licensing bill. The only costs are our service fees and whatever cloud or infrastructure you choose to run the automation on.
On your network. We deploy locally unless you request cloud hosting. Your data never goes to our servers or third-party SaaS platforms you don't authorize. You have full control and visibility over where your data lives and how it's processed.
The first 30-60 days include support. After that, you can pick up a maintenance plan or request ad-hoc work on a project basis. We'll provide a quote for any changes or new automations you need.
Yes. Additional workflows can be added individually or as part of a maintenance retainer. Many of our clients start with one workflow and expand over time as they see the value of automation in their business.
Yes. We deliver remotely nationwide. Local businesses in the Red Wing/Rochester/Winona corridor also get on-site support options. Remote collaboration works great for scoping, building, and training, and we can arrange in-person visits for larger deployments if needed.
